The amenities include 2 fabulous ranchos with pools, gyms, a rooftop with panaramic oceanview. The condo has 24h security & is perfectly situated, just 5 min from Tamarindo downtown with its noisy bars & restaurants.
Layout
This comfortable condo was decorated by Habitat a designer company from San Jose. The unit features a flat TV, a dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 cosy terraces.
The Master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, its closet, its private terrace, a bathroom with a shower.Â
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a closet and its terrace. You can relax on the comfortable sunbeds of the terraces and enjoy the beautiful tropical jungle all day!
The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-size beds, a closet and a TV. The condo has A/C in every room and comfortably fits 6 guests.
We also provide beach towels, a speaker, games, organic shampoo, hand soap and body gel, everything to make sure you feel the most comfortable possible during your stay!
The condo is brand-new (September 2023) and decorated in an modern art style. All the bed-sheets, towels, pillows and house appliances are brand-new and of superior quality. The patio offers view on the mangroves and the pool - You can have a mojito and enjoy the panoramic ocean sunset view on the rooftop!

The location was wonderful.
Elodie was a very responsive host. She provided all the information needed before we left and was very attentive once we arrived. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. My only feedback is to have more paper products available so we don’t have to ask, also some instructions for stove, safe etc would be helpful. The condo itself was prefect— rooms, bathrooms , kitchens and balconies! The location was wonderful. A short walk to town but easy access if you rent a golf cart. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo and Elodies place again.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay for our family of four. The condo is as pictured and clean. About a 5 min walk to the beach. We loved the quiet location away from Tamarindo, but still close enough to go in and eat. I would highly recommend staying here.
The setup and space was fantastic
We are a family of five with three young children and stayed here for three nights before moving on to our next destination. The setup and space was fantastic for our children, the kitchen was well stocked and we were able to find groceries nearby and cook all of our meals. The master bedroom is big and very comfortable, I loved the patio for quiet reading in the morning. We also loved the dining table outside and took all of our meals there. The place is quiet and peaceful, we walked to the nearby beaches and restaurants and my children loved the pool and playground. We even met other children living there and they were able to play together.
Definitely recommend to stay here!
We recently stayed at Peninsula 22 and loved the condo and Costa Rica! The condo’s floor plan worked perfect for our family of 6 with teens. It was clean, beautifully decorated and Elodie was always responsive to our questions and needs, including an early check in. We made use of the nearby pools, had dinner on the deck, were able to do laundry, and walked into Tamarindo daily (about 10 minutes). We felt very safe at all times in the condo with 24 hour security and in Costa Rica overall. It was nice to have a covered parking spot as well. Thank you Elodie, we’d definitely recommend to stay here!
Wonderful time
We had a wonderful time in Tamarindo/Playa Langosta! The unit was exactly as pictured, the air conditioning worked fantastically and the pools and grounds were very well maintained. Elodie helped us arranged transportation from the airport and also to our next destination and it all went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. It was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the space was lovely. We loved that we could walk to the beach and into the heart of Tamarindo. We would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic place
Fantastic place, slightly off the beaten path but not too far from Tamarindo to be inconvenient. Perfect location if you want peace & quiet but all the conveniences nearby. We used the expansive pools on the daily and the kids loved it. Very responsive & proactive host & concierge. Modern, clean & comfortable rooms as described. Makes one want to move here permanently lol. Recommend!!
