This is a brandnew luxury 2-bedroom apartment, with gorgeous views on the pool and gardens. It is located in Playa Langosta, the most upscale neighborhood of the area, only a few steps from the beach. Fully equipped, with a comfortable size, fast internet speed and fabulous amenities, all has been designed for your dream stay either for vacations or working abroad. The condo has 24h security and is perfectly situated, just 5 min from Tamarindo downtown with its bars, restaurants and stores.
Layout
The apartment features a beautifully decorated living room with a big flat TV, a dining room with fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 comfortable terraces with lounge furniture, a sunbed, a hammock and a dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The Master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a big flat TV, its private terrace, a closet and bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and TV. The apartment has A/C and mosquito screens in every room.
We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a speaker, organic shampoo and body gel, everything to make sure you feel the most comfortable possible during your stay!

Me encantó este lugar
Me encantó este lugar, excelente ubicación, muy tranquilo y seguro. Además muy cerca de tamarindo y otras playas. Habían muchas amenidades y la limpieza excelente.
The accommodations are wonderful
Elodie property is on the edge of Tamarindo and an easy walk into the town; the beach is minutes away by foot; the accommodations are wonderful; the Condo unit is beautiful with crisp clean modern feel; spacious and luxurious. Even the beach chairs are high quality; the 3 balconies and the two huge pools and all the amenities of a modern hotel; good wifi and 3 large TV's with a wonderful open concept kitchen; just on the outside of the hub of Tamarindo so you don't get the late night noise but close enough to stroll into town and get a coffee at two nice recommendations; Breaking Bread or a nice meal at Sofia Mediterraneo Tamarindo; wonderful food and setting; I wish we could have stayed longer; thank you for having us;

Elodie was awesome and super responsive. They shared very clear and concise info that made it easy to check-in, even late at night!

Elodie was a great host, informative, timely, detailed information throughout the booking, arrival and departure process. The units pictures are accurate as well as information provided. The restaurants nearby are much closer to than what Google or Apple Maps project.
Fantastic
Large, well equipped apartment in a safe, peaceful complex in Playa Langosta. 15 min walk from Tamarindo but far enough away to escape the noise and bustle. Lovely pool and BBQ area and two nice balconies in the apartment itself.
Great stay
Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath in Langosta. We loved the neighborhood and honestly wish we had not rented a car. We just walked everywhere. It doesn’t face the ocean but the walk way to the beach is across the street from the condo entrance. Our only issue is that Apple Maps and Google Maps did not work with the address provided. However when putting in “Peninsula Resort Guancaste” it showed up. Fish and Cheese is by the entrance and a great Italian restaurant and mini market. Neighborhood is quiet but a nice walk to the lively Tamarindo.

She was very accommodating, very helpful, very understanding, very knowledgeable and supportive!! Anything needed, was needed right in the residence! Boy were we so appreciative! This was our first time in Costa Rica and Elodies location made us feel right at home! If I had the opportunity to do it all over again I would, right here at this location.
